The Compass Service Center is responsible for providing customers with assistance and information about the Compass Card and Compass Cloud Programs through telephone, e-mail, chat, and written correspondence. The team provides customer assistance with Compass Card and Compass Cloud questions and account management, in addition to supporting to a variety of PrePaid Benefit Programs and performing outlet trainings.
