Phase 3 of construction on MTS’ newest facility is nearing completion. Construction crews are building the CNG fuel and bus wash facilities, and the entire project will be completed by the end of 2017. Some of the final work includes utilities, dirt export, and removing asphalt and concrete. The facility sits on 5.5 acres in El Cajon, employs 115 operators and has eight maintenance service bays for 120 buses.
