The 2016 Poinsettia Bowl features the BYU vs. a Mountain West Conference Contender Take the Trolley's Green Line to the Qualcomm Stadium Station. Trains depart all stations every 15 minutes throughout the day. ​We're thrilled to be hosting our 42nd Annual Holiday Parade on December 1st. This hometown parade is a true holiday tradition and thousands line the street each year to kick off the holiday season in style!

Festivities kick off at the Ferry Landing with Santa arriving at 3:20 PM, with carolers and snow fun at snow mountain. Also, at the Hotel del, experience ice skating like no other- you can ice skate on the beach! Find your way to Orange Ave and select a good spot to take in the Coronado Christmas Parade at 6pm. Orange Ave shuts down to traffic and becomes a Christmas wonderland. Before or after the parade, shop in the stores along Orange Ave- they'll have treats and festivities to make holiday shopping a memorible and relaxing time. December Nights in Balboa Park

The countdown has begun for the City of San Diego's 42nd annual free holiday festival. December Nights will kick off the holiday season this Dec. 6 and 7, 2019, and feature light displays; inspirational choirs, bands and dancers; amazing food and fun-filled attractions. Held the first Friday and Saturday each December, the event was originally founded when ten Balboa Park cultural organizations hosted the first celebration.
