Performance Incentive Program

Fiscal Year 2020

Every year, MTS leadership defines goals they hope to meet before the end of the next fiscal year (June 30) and breaks these goals down by department. These Performance Incentive Program goals are "stretch goals," tasks that are in many cases above-and-beyond normal daily operations, though some are improving a daily or regular task. Familiarize yourself with your department goals and see where you can help your team achieve your PIP goals!
