1. Implement a new fare catalog (approved by SANDAG on 2/8/2019) by September 30, 2019.
2. Conclude all three phases of design of the Next Generation Fare Collection System: Concept Design Review (CDR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and Final Design Review (FDR) by December 31, 2019.
3. Finalize the fare study / Title VI analysis necessary for implementation of the Next Generation Fare Collection System by June 30, 2020.
4. Create a comprehensive, master transition plan for the conversion from the existing Compass Card system to the Next Generation Fare Collection System by December 31, 2019.
