MTS wants to stimulate imaginative and inventive thinking throughout the Agency so as to discover all possible areas of improvement in all aspects of our operation. Employees are encouraged to participate in the Employee Suggestion Program through submission of ideas that improve productivity, reduce costs, or provide service that is more effective to the public.
