The 2nd annual La Vuelta Cultural Summer Festival is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 25, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., on three blocks of Logan Avenue, from Evans to 26th Street, in Barrio Logan. Admission is free and open to all ages. Billed as a celebration of our communities’ distinct heritage and culture, the event will feature more than 70 vendors, including art exhibits, food booths and two outdoor craft beer gardens. The first annual La Vuelta Cultural Street Festival will feature more than 50 vendors, food courts and food trucks, a craft beer garden, a classic car show, and music.

Our first event featured over 35 cars and each monthly event will feature at least twenty car collectors for a “tire-kicking” good time – allowing members to share their love of cars with the public and other members. Heavy Metal icons METALLICA, with special guests AVENGED SEVENFOLD & GOJIRA, bring their WorldWired Tour 2017 to Petco Park on Sunday, August 6. Take any Trolley line toward downtown to get to the ballpark. After the concert, Trolleys will depart on all three lines with increased frequency.
