On Saturday, September 24, 2016 individuals, teams, social clubs, local businesses, schools, universities, and faith organizations from all over San Diego will come together for AIDS Walk/Run. We gather to remember the many who were lost to AIDS and to raise vital funds to support all of the San Diegans living today with HIV disease. Please join us for San Diego’s largest fundraising event for HIV disease and be part of this incredible community experience!

The Heart Walk is the American Heart Association's premiere event for raising funds to save lives from this country's No. 1 and No. 5 killers - heart disease and stroke. Designed to promote physical activity and heart-healthy living, the Heart Walk creates an environment that's fun and rewarding for the entire family.

Making Strides Against Breast Cancer has raised over $85,000 toward breast cancer research for the 2016 walk through Balboa Park. Check back for bus detours and stop closures.

Celebrating it’s 13th year, the 2017 Boulevard BOO! Parade will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 10:00am. With over 70 entries of live entertainment marching on one mile of El Cajon Boulevard, the parade will entertain you with spooky ghouls, goblins, ghosts and witches to fill you with the Halloween spirit.

1600 competitors from around the country will come to Mission Bay to participate in the race. Check back closer to the event for stop closures and detour information.

The 39th Annual America's Finest City Half Marathon is run on a fast, scenic, point-to-point course. The race starts at the historic Cabrillo National Monument at the tip of Point Loma with its world-renowned vistas of San Diego Bay and the Pacific Ocean, follows scenic San Diego Bay and Harbor Island along the Embarcadero to the Star of India, winds through downtown San Diego and finishes in beautiful Balboa Park.

The 37th annual Adams Avenue Street Fair - featuring 80 musical acts on six stages - Will be held from 10am. to 10pm. Saturday, Sept. 29, and from 10am. to 6pm. Sunday, Sept. 30, 2018.
