The traditional 4th of July activities in Coronado will be held on Wednesday, July 4, 2018. The day’s events include the 70th annual parade, beginning at First and Orange at 10 AM. The theme of the celebration this year is “ America’s Heritage” and the parade will feature over 100 entrants, three high school bands and two military bands. The day will begin with the 44th annual 12K/5K that starts in Tidelands Park at 7 AM, with registration beginning at 5:30 AM. The 58th annual Swim and Run begins at Central Beach at 9 AM, with check-in starting at 7:30 AM
