The City of Chula Vista is collaborating with the Third Avenue Village Association (TAVA) to hold the Starlight Parade following TAVA’s Holiday in the Village festival on Saturday, December 3. Holiday in the Village will be held from noon to 4 p.m. in Memorial Park and at participating merchants along Third Avenue. The parade will be held along Third Avenue between H and E Streets and will begin 6 p.m.
