East County Bus Operations & Maintenance Facility Update

The final touches on construction of our 5.5-acre East County bus facility in El Cajon are wrapping up. Last October, MTS celebrated the opening of the new maintenance and administration buildings. Since then, the bus parking lot has been paved and painted, and now has room for 120 buses. Other final improvements include the installation of security gates, new CNG fueling dispensers and a new bus wash. All are now fully operational.
