Getting Closer... Update on Space Next to Transit Store

The improvements continue in the retail space next to the Transit Store. MTS Capital Projects Manager Elias Belknap has been overseeing additional demolition work, drywall improvements, and the installation of a new Heating, Venting & Air Conditioning system. Belknap said an RFP will be issued for a new entry door on the north side and a replacement door on the patio side. The goal is to make the space more move-in ready and attractive to a new tenant in the fast-casual food space.
