MTS Bus COO Bill Spraul Thanks Employees for Sunday's Bus Bridge Work

MTS employees were put to the test yesterday morning when a city water main broke in Little Italy. A Padres game at Petco Park and a soccer match at Qualcomm Stadium were taking place later in the day and a bus bridge was activated to accomodate passengers between Old Town and Santa Fe Depot. Tracks were finally cleared just in time for the Monday morning peak.

It really is remarkable how we work together as a team and meet and exceed the challenges, and keep the MTS system running for our customers, despite the obstacles.  We know it was a big scramble yesterday, and a major bridge, but our teamwork and collaboration were keys to success.
