San Diego – This upcoming weekend will be one of music and celebration in San Diego as the 2023 edition of the San Diego Pride Parade & Festival and country music star Morgan Wallen are expected to draw thousands in attendance. With multiple days of activity for both events, MTS encourages those attending to use transit to avoid long waits in traffic.
Getting to the San Diego Pride Parade & Festival - Saturday, July 15, 2023 - 10:00am - Sunday, July 16, 2023 - 9:00pm
With an estimated turnout of 300,000 throughout the weekend, the LGBTQ San Diego Pride Parade & Festival is one of the city’s biggest events and will have limited parking and road closures along the 1.5-mile parade route. For this reason, MTS is the smart ride to Pride.

MTS will have a series of detours for regularly scheduled routes due to the parade route passing through a number of bus stops. Riders are encouraged to consult the Alerts & Detours page for any changes related to bus stops along the parade route.
Getting to Morgan Wallen Concert at Petco Park - Friday, July 14, 2023- 5:30 p.m. & Saturday, July 15, 2023- 5:30 p.m.
Country music superstar Morgan Wallen will be bringing his highly anticipated tour, One Night at a Time, to San Diego for two sold out nights at Petco Park. All three MTS Trolley lines (UC San Diego Blue Line, Green Line and Orange Line) provide direct service to Petco Park.
