Comic-Con is our busiest event of the year and it takes all our staff to keep riders moving to the Convention Center all day all weekend long. Our Special Events Assistants (sometimes called MTS Ambassadors) are no exception. We followed Joe Martinez, Revenue Supervisor on Thursday and met up with some of the Special Events Assistants to see what really goes into an event like this. The team does plenty of the in-the-field customer service like providing directions, answering questions, selling tickets, and helping riders with the ticket vending machines. We couldn't do it without them, so make sure to say hello next time you see an assistant on a Trolley platform!
