Direct Trolley service to PETCO Park and Snapdragon
San Diego: It’s playoff season in San Diego this weekend! A highly anticipated playoff series will continue this Friday, October 14, and Saturday, October 15 as the San Diego Padres and the Los Angeles Dodgers go head-to-head at PETCO Park for their third and fourth games of the National League Division Series. Then, on Sunday, October 16, the San Diego Wave Fútbol Club will play their first playoff game against the Chicago Red Stars at Snapdragon Stadium. PETCO Park and Snapdragon Stadium are expected to be at full capacity, and the Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) will provide extra Trolley service on all three Trolley lines to accommodate crowds.
Getting to PETCO for Padres vs Dodgers:
Padres Discount Promo: MTS will offer a special discounted 2-Day Padres Pass for Friday and Saturday.
Friday game starts at 5:37 p.m. and Saturday game starts at 6:37 p.m.
All three MTS Trolley lines provide direct access to PETCO Park. Fans can use the 12th & Imperial Transit Center, Gaslamp Quarter Station for convenient access to the game. People heading to downtown for the festivities should expect limited parking and added traffic. Free Park & Ride lots along Trolley stations offer an easy and stress-free game day commute.

Getting to Snapdragon for the Wave vs Red Stars (Sunday, October 16), game begins at 7 p.m.:
It’s the San Diego Wave’s first playoff game at Snapdragon Stadium. The Green Line Trolley will provide direct service to and from the stadium every 15 minutes or better. Before the game, MTS will operate normal Trolley service and increase frequency after the game.
Post-Event
Fans are able to park for free at dozens of MTS transit centers, and ride the Trolley to the doorstep of both stadiums. Fans should travel early with sellout crowds expected. Prime locations to park:
