MTS Rider Surveys

Each year, MTS participates in a national survey to better understand how our transit services matchup with other transit agencies from across the country. This year, we will be surveying both bus and Trolley ridership. Survey feedback not only helps MTS better understand how it can improve the customer experience, but also provides data for the public transportation industry as a whole.
