This Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) was prepared to describe storm water management practices conducted by MTS and their contractors, in accordance with the requirements of federal, state and local storm water regulations.
This Plan is intended to serve as a storm water compliance evaluation document for MTS right of way, maintenance facilities, transit stations, and centers.
This Plan identifies implementation actions to be developed, and those that are already developed by MTS. It also describes future requirements of other program elements that will be developed, implemented, and enforced by MTS over the duration of the Phase II Small MS4 Permit.
