Lead Right

Having a leadership position and being a leader are not one and the same.  Your position is something you were appointed to, something bestowed upon you.  Being a true leader; however, is a label that you EARN through specific behaviors. Simply put, in order to be a leader, you must do the things that leaders do and you must do them well.

In my new management course, Lead Right, I will share with you proven strategies and leadership concepts that will significantly increase your overall effectiveness and success as a leader. Whether you are a seasoned manager or just starting in a leadership capacity, the mindset and behaviors you will learn from this training are essential to being an effective leader. They separate leaders from followers, as well as poor leaders from great ones. 

This course is offered to managers and supervisors and will be conducted over two (2) two-hour sessions.
