This three-hour training is designed to provide the raters with the knowledge of the MTS’s performance appraisal process, ability to conduct sound performance appraisal utilizing standardized criteria, performance log, employee skills evaluation guide, appraisal follow-up session, and to document performance in the appraisal form.
