I learned so much from Art's
I learned so much from Art's class on Project Management. For much of my management career, I have followed the processes and action steps taught in this course. However, I didn’t really know why I was doing them or their relevance to the bigger picture. This course taught me the reasons why and showed me what could happen if the proper steps, in the correct order, aren’t taken. The course also provided tools and resources that I was able to take back to my department and start using immediately.
