There are times when you may choose to walk-up to a service desk for support. Some typical reasons why you might want to see us
- Borrow a laptop
- Get help configuring your laptop, tablet, phone
There are two service desks supporting MTS at the following locations:
- IAD (across from 2nd floor yard entrance)
- Mills (9th floor across from HR)
While we always try to have staff answering phones it is always a good idea to make an appointment. The same staff that answer the phones must service all the MTS locations and retail sites in San Diego County.
