Transportation Goals

  1. Achieve a favorable Rail Operations - Transportation department expense budget variance (excluding energy) for fiscal year 2017.
  2. Achieve on time performance targets for System Wide, Blue Line, Orange Line, and Green Line with a 25% value placed on each dependent and interdependent element of the goals.
    1. System-wide inclusive of all three lines of 96% = 25%
    2. Blue Line 95% = 25%
    3. Orange Line 95% = 25%
    4. Green Line 95% = 25%
  3. Reduce the number of preventable train accidents compared to fiscal year 2016 levels.
  4. Reduce the number of operating rule infractions as compared with the level achieved during fiscal year 2016.
